1. Who we are

AIA Editor is a product operated by IT PM Consulting, Orlando, Florida, USA (“we”, “us”). By purchasing or using AIA Editor, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. The product

AIA Editor is a plugin for Claude Code that automates video editing (transcription, cuts, captions and color grading), running locally on your machine. Access is delivered as a GitHub collaborator invitation to a private repository (the plugin marketplace), you need a free GitHub account to install and use it.

3. Purchase and payment

AIA Editor is sold as a one-time purchase, currently at the $19.97 Founding Price, processed securely through Stripe Checkout. We don’t store your card details. Stripe handles all payment data. The Founding Price is available for a limited time or number of customers and may change for future purchases without affecting access already granted.

4. License

Upon successful payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use AIA Editor for your own video-editing work. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share your GitHub access, or make the plugin available to third parties, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer AIA Editor for the purpose of creating a competing product, not to circumvent the license or access-delivery mechanism, and not to use the product for unlawful purposes.

6. Refunds and cancellations

AIA Editor is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is nothing to cancel. For refund conditions, see our Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

AIA Editor is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the product will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet every requirement of your specific workflow.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IT PM Consulting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use AIA Editor. Our total liability for any claim related to AIA Editor is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of AIA Editor after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
