Refund Policy

1. One-time purchase, not a subscription

AIA Editor is sold as a single one-time payment through Stripe Checkout. There is no recurring billing and nothing to cancel, you pay once and keep access.

2. Refund window

If AIA Editor doesn’t work for you, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. Just contact us, we don’t require a detailed justification, but it helps us improve if you tell us what went wrong.

After the 7-day window, purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.

3. How to request a refund

Email us at support@platformaia.com with the email address and GitHub username used at checkout. We aim to confirm every refund request within 2 business days.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days for the refund to show up on your statement. Once a refund is issued, your GitHub collaborator access is revoked.
